At Trendz.zone, we are committed to delivering high-quality Airbuds, wireless earphones, mobile accessories, and related gadgets. All products are imported from China and undergo thorough quality control (QC) checks before shipping. We understand that occasional issues like model mismatches, color errors, or transit damage can occur, and we aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. This policy is designed to be customer-friendly yet protective — protecting both your satisfaction and our ability to maintain fair pricing on imported goods.

1. Return / Exchange Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days (not the date you decide to return).
  • Requests after this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in these cases:

  • Wrong product, color, or model received (our mistake).
  • Manufacturing defect or product arrives non-functional.
  • Product damaged or broken during shipping/transit.

Important Note: “Change of mind” returns are not accepted for Airbuds, earphones, or mobile accessories (due to hygiene, quality control, and the nature of imported electronics).

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify:

  • Unopened Packaging is Mandatory for Wrong Item/Color/Model Exchanges The original packaging must remain sealed and unopened. Once the product is removed from its factory packaging or the seal is broken, it cannot be exchanged for a different color or model.
  • Proof Required for Defective or Damaged Items For any broken, defective, or damaged product (even if inside the sealed package), you must provide clear evidence:
    • A short unboxing video (highly recommended) showing the sealed package and the issue, OR
    • High-quality photos clearly showing the damage. We will review the evidence promptly and approve/reject within 1–2 business days.
  • The returned product must include all original accessories, tags, manuals, and packaging in resale-ready condition.
  • The item must show no signs of use, testing, or customer-caused damage.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Airbuds / earphones with opened or broken packaging (hygiene reasons).
  • Used, tested, worn, or installed products.
  • Items returned without original packaging or with customer-damaged packaging.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless proven defective upon arrival).
  • Any item returned after the 7-day window.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery via:
    • Email: support@trendz.zone (recommended)
    • Or WhatsApp / site chat (details on your order confirmation).
  2. Provide:
    • Your Order ID
    • Clear reason for return
    • Supporting photos or video (for defects)
  3. Wait for our approval (we respond quickly).
  4. If approved, we will send you return instructions, a return shipping label (if applicable), or arrange a pickup.

6. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Replacement (Preferred for Wrong Item/Color): We will ship the correct product as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 2–3 business days of receipt).
  • Refund:
    • Full refund of the product price (and original shipping fee if the issue was our mistake).
    • Issued to your original payment method (bKash, card, etc.).
    • Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customer pays for return shipping unless the issue is our mistake (wrong item or defective on arrival). In such cases, we will either arrange free pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

7. Inspection & Final Decision

All returned items are inspected by our team upon receipt. If the return does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange and return the item to you (at your shipping cost).

8. Warranty Information

In addition to the 7-day return window, many of our products carry a manufacturer warranty (typically 3–6 months for manufacturing defects — check the individual product page). After the 7-day period, warranty claims are handled directly with the brand or through our support team with proper documentation.
