Artist’s Note
Throughout my artistic practice, I have been interested in how human emotions relate to forces larger than ourselves.
In this painting, I imagine emotional life as a continuous balancing process. Happiness and sorrow, attachment and separation, fear and hope are not isolated experiences. They exist together, constantly shaping our understanding of existence.
The symbolic balance at the centre of the painting is not a device of judgement. It represents the fragile equilibrium through which life continually reorganises itself.
The winged human figure standing upon the heart suggests that love, compassion, and consciousness become meaningful only when they remain connected to this delicate balance.
The recurring cosmic elements appearing throughout the composition remind us that our emotional lives unfold within larger natural and universal rhythms. For me, the mystery of existence lies not in certainty, but in the continuous search for harmony within complexity.
